Mr. Phone US assures you of a 90 days warranty after the service or when you buy the refurbished phone. Mr. Phone US provides a 90 days limited exchange warranty on all parts it sells, not the phone accessories.

We do not store your data, in case you fear data loss, we suggest you take a backup beforehand or confirm with us before handing it over the device to us for service.

You are solely responsible for backing up any data on your device and deleting, encrypting, or otherwise protecting your data from unauthorized use. Mr. Phone US will not back up or restore your data, and is not responsible for any data that is lost or corrupted.

Mr. Phone US cannot control the manner in which the parts it sells are used after their sale. Mr. Phone US is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. In incidences when Mr. Phone US distributes parts that have guarantees by the manufacturer, the customer must address any warranty-related issues with the manufacturer directly. This warranty does not apply where a part is damaged by improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, improper installation, or improper repairs. The warranty is at Mr. Phone US‘s sole discretion and only applies to exchanges for the same part.
